Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your CHO account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
